Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support resident care, meeting daily needs with compassion and preserving residents’ dignity. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meal service, and social engagement, while communicating with branch leadership about changes in resident needs.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Communicate appropriately with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
