Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. Shifts run 7 am–3 pm, 3 pm–11 pm, and 11 pm–7 am, with full-time and PRN opportunities and hourly pay between $18 and $24.

A shift differential of up to $1.50 applies, with daily pay available. At Aspen Hill, CNAs provide basic resident care under licensed staff, assist with ADLs, monitor changes, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion and patience in resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with ADLs: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens.
• Observe and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
