Job summary
Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Full-time positions are available for 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm; daily pay option. Position requires a NJ CNA license and BLS/CPR certification, with focus on compassionate, resident-centered care in a fast-paced facility.
You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes, and support the care team to ensure safety and dignity for all residents.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid New Jersey CNA license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Demonstrated compassion and strong communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic resident care under supervision.
- Assist with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Support nursing staff and care team to deliver high-quality care.
