Job summary

Exton Post Acute is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, and daily pay is offered.

As a CNA, you will assist with activities of daily living, observe and report changes, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment under licensed supervision. Must have CNA license and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/ CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding and mobility.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and support the care team.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:
