Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking CNAs for full-time and part-time roles. Multiple shifts available with daily pay and a $3 PIB along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation ranges from $19–$25 per hour (all-inclusive).

The role focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care for a 200-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence guide daily interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience and commitment to quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and reliable adherence to directions.

Aufgaben

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment that promotes dignity.
• Support nursing staff and care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
