Job summary

Citadel at Saint Joseph Village is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities and health care needs under the supervision of a nurse, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, turning and repositioning, monitoring intake and vital signs, and communicating changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and active CNA license.
• CPR certificate preferred or obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, grooming).
• Provide physical support for daily activities and personal hygiene under supervision.
• Turn/reposition bedridden residents and monitor safety.
• Assist with diet and intake, record vital signs under licensed nurse supervision.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Prepare supplies, maintain clean rooms and linens.
• Assist with transfers and transportation as needed.
• Perform routine duties as assigned.
