Perfect Fit Home Care in Tulsa is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our facility team. You will assist residents with daily care, support their dignity and safety, and collaborate with a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Medication Aide certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning.
• Assisting with meals and encouraging proper nutrition.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Observing residents and communicating changes in condition to the team.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all residents.
• Following care plans and collaborating with other care team members.
