Job summary
Agape Care Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to assist patients with daily activities and monitor conditions with compassionate care. You will report changes to the care team and help maintain a clean, safe environment during daily rounds, including basic cleaning and laundry.

Qualifications
- Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
- 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80-100 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities and mobility needs.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team.
- Ensure environment is safe, clean and odor-free through rounds and daily upkeep.
- Perform general cleaning and laundry duties as part of daily responsibilities.
- Provide support to families along their health care journeys with care and compassion.
