Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Medication Aide certification preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to resident needs and changes in condition.
• Compassion and patience when caring for multiple residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care needs while maintaining comfort, dignity and safety.
• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and proper positioning.
• Assist with meals and encourage proper nutrition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe residents and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, respectful environment.
• Follow care plans and collaborate with other care team members.
