Creative Solutions in Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care for residents in our facility in Dallas, TX. You will work closely with the care team to deliver high-quality service and maintain a safe, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas CNA certification, excels in vital sign documentation, and communicates effectively with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Capable of recording vitals and documenting care activities accurately.
• Strong communication, patience, and compassionate bedside manner.
• Commitment to safety policies and patient rights.
• Experience assisting elderly or disabled residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer using assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
