Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Warsaw, IN. You will assist residents with daily nursing care according to their plans, provide companionship, and support overall well-being.

Responsibilities include helping with personal care, observing resident conditions, and maintaining a safe environment. A CNA certification and a HS diploma are required; 0-1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state CNA Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Education
