Generations Fairfield Village Layton is hiring a CNA/Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities and follow care plans in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least a year of previous experience as a Caregiver in a community setting is strongly preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers/CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) following resident care plans.
• Adhere to Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.
• Provide a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment and communicate with leadership.
