Job summary

Legacy House of Park Lane is seeking an experienced Memory Care CNA to join our senior living team in Farmington, UT. You will build on CNA experience by taking on greater responsibility, supporting complex resident care needs, and collaborating with licensed nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and completion of a state‑approved CNA training program.
• 1–3 years of CNA or related caregiving experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Assist with ambulation, mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Take and report vital signs and communicate changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Administer basic medical treatments under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with medication management and reminders in line with regulations.
• Participate in care planning meetings and provide observations on residents’ needs.
• Provide companionship, socialization, and emotional support to residents.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas.
• Accurately document care provided and resident observations.
