Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, ensuring their dignity and quality of life.

You will follow each resident's care plan, assist with meals, mobility, and social engagement, and communicate changes to branch leadership as needed.

This role includes full-time, part-time, and PRN options, with pay available daily and benefits after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to take additional training or education as states may require.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident's daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident's needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
