Qualifications

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Able to record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Effective communication, self-discipline, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide orientation as directed.
