• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Demonstrates strong communication and patience while caring for elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment and stock linens and supplies.
• Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption accurately.
• Position residents for comfort and safety.
• Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
