Job summary
Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a dedicated caregiver. The role focuses on providing compassionate personal care, recording vital information, and supporting residents with mobility and daily activities.

Qualifications
- Must hold Texas CNA certification.
- Ability to record vitals, weights, intake/output accurately.
- Demonstrates patience, compassion, and professional conduct.
Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.
- Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
- Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents safely.
- Record Vital Information: vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
- Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
- Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide orientation as directed.
