Qualifications

• Wyoming State Certified Nursing Assistant required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• BLS Certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient call lights and assess needs.
• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Turn, reposition, and assist bedridden patients per care plans.
• Follow dietary restrictions and assist with nutritional needs.
• Measure and document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
