Reflections Retirement Community in Huntley, IL is seeking a dedicated CNA to deliver individualized care on the 2nd shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and communicate health changes to the clinical team to ensure consistent quality of care.

The role emphasizes compassionate, dignified interactions with residents and ongoing professional development through seminars and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver care per each resident's care plan.

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $18.50 - $20.50 Hourly

Job Shift: 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

QualificationsQualifications:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
