Job summary

Huntley First is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Huntley, IL to provide compassionate, individualized patient care in a facility setting.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily living activities, reporting changes to the clinical team, and engaging with residents and families to create a positive, dignified experience while adhering to privacy rules and care plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with ADLs while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report health status changes to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families compassionately for a positive experience.
• Participate in learning opportunities and staff meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
