Job summary

Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, SC is seeking heart-led CNAs to join our caregiving team. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and help residents feel at home on either Day Shift (7a–7p) or Night Shift (7p–7a).

We value dependable, compassionate staff; CPR/BLS is preferred and SC CNA certification is required or eligible for reciprocity. Join a supportive team under Oakdale Seniors Alliance.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CNA certification in the State of South Carolina (or eligible for reciprocity).
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Daily Care: assist with ADLs with dignity and respect.
• Mobility Support: help residents transfer safely and position comfortably.
• Vital Signs & Monitoring: record vitals and report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Dining Assistance: assist with meal setup and intake monitoring.
• Community & Connection: maintain clean rooms and foster relationships with residents and families.
