Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Nursing Assistant I/II to support patients with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and assist with basic clinical tasks. This full-time role involves three 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include documenting care, maintaining clean rooms, assisting with specimen collection and ECG tests, and ensuring patient safety. Must have high school diploma, Nurse Aide registry listing, and BLS certification, with English

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Current listing with Nurse Aide Registry as Nurse Aide I or Nurse Aide II per state Board.
• BLS certification required by policy.

Responsabilités

• Supports patients with activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal hygiene for patients.
• Takes vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feeds and ambulates patients per procedures.
• Keeps patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Observes and reports changes in patient conditions.
• Orients patients and families to unit and safety measures.
• Assists with clerical tasks and maintains medical records.
