Qualifications

• Required CMA certification per state regulations.
• Commitment to resident safety and well-being.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for assigned residents.
• Provide daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' comfort and respond to needs.
• Document shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs to Health Care Director.
• Manage tasks within scheduled shift.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
