Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. You will administer prescribed medications, support resident care, and help create a safe, comfortable living environment.

The ideal candidate has CMA certification in good standing and at least 6 months of caregiving experience with seniors, plus strong communication and teamwork skills. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards.
• Document medications, monitor resident condition, and report changes to healthcare staff.
• Assist with vital signs, lab collections, and follow-up communications with families and providers.
• Support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Partner with the Healthcare Coordinator (HCC) in staff training, documentation, and incident reporting.
• Respond promptly to resident and visitor needs with professionalism and compassion.
