Jaybird Senior Living seeks a compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our senior living community. You will administer prescribed medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with healthcare staff to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Requirements include CMA certification in good standing and at least 6 months of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, along with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Document medications, monitor resident condition, and report changes to healthcare staff.
• Assist with vital signs, lab collections, and follow-up communications with families and providers.
• Support residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Partner with the Healthcare Coordinator in staff training, documentation, and incident reporting.
• Respond promptly to resident and visitor needs with professionalism and compassion.
