Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and timely communication.
