Neighborcare Health is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for the Ballard Medical Clinic in Seattle to handle front desk duties, scheduling, and patient intake. You will support care teams and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and proficiency with EMR systems, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and empathetic communication with patients experiencing housing insecurity.

Qualifications

• Experience with front desk or clinic check-in processes.
• Ability to manage patient information accurately and confidentially.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clinic to open and close for business according to schedule.
• Check in patients and create/update charts.
• Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, route calls.
• Assist provider teams with paperwork, copying, faxing, etc.
• Manage inventory of office supplies and stock as needed.
• Monitor referrals and communicate with referral team.
• Use EMR to send tasks and communications to provider team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
