Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries.
• Gather detailed information from prospective clients and conduct intake interviews.
• Build trust through active listening and empathetic communication.
• Convert qualified prospects into consultations and retained clients.
• Schedule consultations and track lead activity throughout intake.
