Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring a Client Care Coordinator to join a nationwide home care team. You will handle client inquiry calls, perform home assessments, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining regular communication with clients and families.

The role also includes supervising and training caregivers and fostering strong personal relationships with clients. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, with CNA being nice-to-have but not required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree; CNA preferred not required.
• Two years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Autonomous, self-motivated and willing to learn.
