SYNERGY HomeCare of East Columbus is seeking a compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and families, handling inquiries, conducting home assessments, and ensuring our high standards of care are met.

Qualifications

• One year supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• STNA required or HHA 2 years' experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client inquiry calls
• Complete home assessments for new clients
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Communicate regularly with clients and their families
