Qualicare Home Care Central NJ is seeking a compassionate Caregiver with CHHA certification to support clients in Montgomery Township and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, monitor health, and assist with daily tasks in clients' homes.

This role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and training. Candidates should have CHHA certification, strong communication, reliable transportation, and a commitment to client well-being.

Qualificações

• Valid CHHA certification required.
• Experience in personal care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist with mobility and basic tasks.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
• Background check and references required.
• Experience with elderly or disabled clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication and monitor client health as directed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families for optimal care.
