Qualicare Home Care Central NJ is seeking a compassionate Caregiver with CHHA certification to support clients in their homes in the Central New Jersey area. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and communicate with the care team to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

CHHA certification holders preferred.
Experience in personal care or elderly care is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Administer medication and monitor client health as directed.
Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
Build strong relationships with clients and their families for optimal care.
