Qualicare Home Care Central NJ is seeking CHHA-certified caregivers to provide compassionate, person-centered home care to clients across New Jersey. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meal prep, and medication monitoring in a supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• CHHA certification required or preferred.
• Compassionate demeanor and genuine care for clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
• Background check and references required.
• Experience with elderly or disabled clients is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medications and monitor health as directed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Engage clients in activities to support mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients.
• Document care provided and communicate with the care team.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
