Qualifications

• Certified nurse aide with active credentials.
• Current CPR certification as required by agency.
• Able to provide personal care and monitor patient condition.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on personal care including Baths, Oral hygiene, Shampoos, dressing, and maintaining clean living areas.
• Taking and recording vitals as ordered (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
• Assisting with medication self-administration and reporting changes to supervising nurse.
• Documenting patient condition and changes for case managers.
