Job summary

Addus HomeCare is hiring CNAs to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in homes across Tennessee. This entry-level role offers flexible hours, learning opportunities in quality home care, and a chance to join a growing, values-driven organization.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and reporting changes in condition. A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of in-home care experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member and report completed tasks.
• Provide personal care such as bathing and dressing.
• Assist with routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands as needed.
• Support self-administration of medications (not administering).
• Observe and report changes in the member's condition.
