Parx Home Care in Florida seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized in-home care. You will assist clients with medications, monitor vital signs, and help with daily activities in a safe home environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, completed state-approved HHA training, a valid HHA certification, and at least 1 year of experience. A Florida background check is required as part of the hiring process.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a state-approved training program for Home Health Aides required.
• A valid Home Health Aide certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience preferred.
• Background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse required.

Responsabilidades

• Remind clients to take medications and assist with administration.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes to the care team.
• Assist with light household tasks to maintain a safe home.
• Prepare and serve meals meeting dietary needs.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients and families.

Formação académica
