All Ways Caring is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for clients, delivering personalized care that preserves dignity and independence. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

This role emphasizes patient safety, accurate reporting, and teamwork within a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services and support in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Supports the personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household support activities.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated and permitted by state regulations.
• Assists with Passive Range of Motion activities when credentialed and trained.
• Offers limited assistance with vital signs for informational purposes only.
• Maintains accurate communication and reporting changes in client condition to the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
