All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for clients, delivering meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, and personal care with a focus on dignity and independence. Orientation and training are provided; applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; orientation and training provided.
• 18+ years old with valid driver’s license.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of handling confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation for clients.
• Housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean home.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Provide transportation assistance to appointments or activities.
• Perform other light duties as assigned.
