Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, VA is seeking a CDL Driver to transport residents, staff and guests safely while delivering a warm, welcoming experience on every trip. Requires CDL Class C with passenger endorsement, DOT Physical, 3+ years driving, and ability to operate wheelchair ramps and lifts.

You’ll perform pre/post-trip inspections and keep vehicles clean and ready. Compensation: $21.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid CDL Class C license with passenger endorsement.
You must have a current DOT Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate.
Minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
Ability to operate vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

Transport residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
Operate vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
Operate passenger buses and sedans.
Assist passengers with boarding and off-boarding from the vehicle.
Prepare vehicles for usage, including pre- and post-trip inspections and refueling.
Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles.
Log and track vehicle usage.
