Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Driver to transport residents, staff and visitors within our gated retirement community. The role requires operating vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts, and maintaining safety through inspections and clean vehicles.

Full-time and Per Diem schedules are available. Compensation ranges from $20 to $21 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits like health coverage, 401k and on-site wellness services.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to drive.
• Current and valid Commercial Driver’s License Class C (or higher) with passenger endorsement is required.
• DOT Physical/Medical Examiner’s Certificate must be maintained as a condition of employment.
• Minimum of three years of verifiable driving experience as noted through a driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
• Operate vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps and lifts; ensure passenger safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and perform pre/post-trip inspections; refuel as needed.
• Log and track vehicle usage and report any issues to supervisor.
