Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• 2+ years of case management experience in the Human Service field.
• Knowledge of the Department of Developmental Disabilities and Day Habilitation regulations, CARF standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in team meetings and ISP discussions to tailor client support.
• Assist in admissions process and warmly welcome new clients.
• Engage in internal investigations with attention to detail and client advocacy.
