Job summary

Flatirons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support and companionship to clients. Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, medication reminders, and errands as needed. We value reliability, empathy, and a heart for care; drivers and transportation access are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation + valid insurance.
• Prior experience is a plus, but a heart for care is a must.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

Responsibilities

• Companionship & conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes.
• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Meal prep & feeding assistance—nourishment and encouragement.
• Light housekeeping & laundry, with attention to dignity and cleanliness.
• Mobility support including transfer assistance, positioning, and ROM exercises.
• Medication reminders and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Errands and appointment transportation (as needed and applicable).
• Additional duties based on individualized care plans
