Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors provides in-home, compassionate care focused on individual needs. We are seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team, delivering trusted, personalized support and enhancing patients' well-being.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, medication reminders, and social engagement in a supportive, collaborative environment with flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation.
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation.
• Direct deposit enrollment required.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.

• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
