Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate caregivers to support patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will deliver patient-centered care, communicate clearly, and help with daily activities while respecting each individual's preferences.

No experience required, though prior caregiving is a plus. We offer competitive hourly pay, flexible schedules (part-time and full-time), and a supportive team dedicated to professional growth.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences

• Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
• Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
