Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide in-home support to our clients. You will assist with daily activities, monitor well-being, and communicate changes to the care team.

No formal experience required, but reliability, kindness, and a responsible approach are essential. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive work environment that values dedication to seniors.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation
• Prior experience is a plus, but not required
• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
• Direct deposit enrollment required
