Qualifications

• Prior caregiver/home health aide experience preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care including activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Support residents during meals, activities, and daily routines with dignity and comfort.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights to ensure safety and attentiveness.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to coordinate and deliver holistic care; participate in trainings.
