Job summary

Stoney River Assisted Living and Memory Care Ramsey seeks compassionate Caregivers to provide resident care with dignity and respect. You will assist with daily living activities and help create a warm, supportive environment for our residents.

You will work with nurses and dining staff to deliver holistic care, promote wellbeing, and maintain safety. Training, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling are available to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families and team members.
• Dependable and flexible with shift availability, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Assist with meals, activities and routines to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights, ensuring safety and attentiveness.
