Qualifications

• Must provide non-medical home care per client plans.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and groceries.
• Support dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
• Be supportive, provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.
