Job summary

Senior Helpers of Minneapolis-St. Paul is hiring compassionate caregivers who want meaningful work, flexible schedules, and a team that truly supports them. Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes and assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

You’ll help with meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and dementia or respite care, with biweekly pay, early access to earned wages, and a supportive, inclusive workplace that values your safety and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 6+ months caregiving experience preferred (CNA/PCA/HHA encouraged to apply).
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/apps.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support clients with dementia, transitional, or respite care.

Skills
