Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors across San Antonio with a dedicated office team available 24/7. You will use our caregiver app and scheduling tools to manage client needs, get paid weekly, and access benefits if eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of paid caregiving experience (non-family) or be a licensed CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN.
• Must have two professional references.
• Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client for consistency.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multi-lingual encouraged.
• Complete any required compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Provide personal care such as grooming, bathing, and incontinence support.
